Today 10am lesson... woke up at 8am.. so shiok haha.. Went to school attending lesson... That Mr Au talk alot sia... half and hr still talking and some more at Qns 2 only.. omg.. i oso fell asleep becoz of his long winded talk... lol
Finally 12pm, lunch break haha.. makan wif my frens.. ate western food.. yum yum.. after lunch slowly walk to T10 for another practice lesson... so fun learn new things.. After the lesson went to T8 for another practice lesson.. not bad..abit confuse of so much plugging here and there haha... but the lecturer make it so interesting that i was wanting to do it.. haha.. do do do and the time was almost 5pm.. lol so fast...
After school, went over to club house to use com to check email.. haha.. amanda, seeyong and khong sheng was inside... Outside our club room, those dragon boat ppl sitting inside playing poker cards... some more playing with money.... omg... so bad.. so hard up on cash meh need to gamble.. so many of them sia... so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!
525pm... i and khong sheng went down to track... saw jie sheng n brandon at e track le.. zach oso there.. change up and talk cock with them haha.. aisha, din, johnson, sathish came also.. haha Today what a huge grp.. so happy warm up together, trg together... been so long nv had this kind of great feeling le... but still have some more never turn up... Nvm its a good start.. Today did steps and slope trg.. quite tiring haha run up e steps and slope... haha.. but worth it la.. after the strength trg.. hehe start our speed trg and damn it was fun...
Told them see which last person run the slowest have to be punish.. 10 push ups hehe got to create some fun inside to make them feel fun... slowly we got into more exciting haha... sathish ran so fast sia... 30m.. 3.27secs.. omg.. everyone was shock!!!!! shouted at the timer hey.. correct anot?? so fast meh.. sure bo???? lol.. but it was true.. so when my turn to run.. .... haha!! saw sathish in a very big action ... wah!!!!!!!!!!!! haha i knew something good.. wao lao.. he say .. stanley 3.17secs man!!!!! lol i cant believe and i went to see.. haha damn it is real.. beat my 30m PB haha...
But everyone was great... brandon hit his first 30m PB... 3.64secs... good start.. jie sheng oso.. johnson too.. not bad!!! have to trigger everyone's speed... hehe... Boon Kiat oso came over and join us... :) and must thanks KS and Raviin for helping us take timing... Thanks guys!!!!
After trg, we all went to FC 5 for drink.. so thirsty... and enjoy e air-con.. hehe... so nice of everyone sit together and have a drink.. and chit chat... so next time will ask everyone to have a drink after every trg le... at least chit chat awhile and talk cock....
