Today... sian... shoulder & neck is giving me lots of problem... dunno izzit stiff aching or izzit injured. shoulder swell and neck dunno why ytd trg time like hurt haiii so much injury..
today new coach coming down to track later at 6pm... Coach seem.. some favour coach some dunno who is he?
haha... today lesson later 2pm so now at main library... slacking haha..and i using laptop now blogging away haha... playing games haha...
so continue from back home... haha
