Yesterday, finally coach came down track as we started our trg workout haha.. he also down with abit of sick and his wife ans baby girl came down too..so cute sia his baby girl hehe.. Today trg not tt hard was quite easy hehe... after trg went home sia... haiii never meet my frens at orchard as i need to go home eat and bath.. by the time i reach home already 9pm le.. if everything settled already 10pm le.. so sms my frens that i cant meet them... feel so sad cant count down with my frens.... stay at home count down haha.. but heard alot of firework across the malaysia as i stay near e custom... was so loud.... lol den heard alot of ppl scream "happy new year" even a small girl shouted haha as i can hear from my room haha.... damn happening sia...

happy new year, sigh! i suey, i sprain the same ankle again. didnt see a hole on the grass then fell! sigh! my training this friday have to stop :(
