Great day for me after finish the School's Sports Day.... 1 Gold and 1 Bronze,... woohoo.... Won my 100m with a timing of 11.0secs... its another break thru for me.. hehe....
My other track frens also did well too... most of them improve alot... well done!
next focus will be the PO-LITE T&F....
